Very disapointed in this place!! The customer service sucks !! The website for this place sounds awsome however they do not follow through with what they say! Very disapointed in this place!! The customer service sucks !! The website for this place sounds awsome however they do not follow through with what they say! An incident took place where an animal was injured (due to lack of proper supervision and not following instructions given by said animals owners) the lack of empathy and willingness to work with the owners is appalling!!! They only care about the money and not the safety of the animals despite what the web site says. Would recommend people to take their beloved pets else where!! view short comment

Our dogs enjoyed our stay here. They were able to be in the same quiet room together (no other dogs incessantly barking) and also got plenty of playtime outside. The staff is personable and cares about your dogs! Would recommend.

We left out dog, Jax, here at Christmas time and were pleased with the facility and the staff.
