Wow. No-show employee and no response to messages. I should have read online reviews before falling for the slick-looking website marketing for this company. The employee designated to do a home-stay (after I signed a contract for the dates) didn't show. I called during business hours to try to determine where the employee was, but got no answer. Wow. No-show employee and no response to messages. I should have read online reviews before falling for the slick-looking website marketing for this company. The employee designated to do a home-stay (after I signed a contract for the dates) didn't show. I called during business hours to try to determine where the employee was, but got no answer. So I left a message saying there was a no-show, and could someone please call me back and let me know what was happening. Response: none - no one called me back!! The next morning I called again and left another message saying I was less perturbed about a possible appointment miscommunication than I was about the fact that my message left during business hours about a no-show was not returned, in other words, leaving me hanging, and would a manager or owner please contact me as soon as possible to discuss. Response: nothing. Again, no one called me back! What???? Where are the people running this company? In my business, if a client leaves you a message about a no-show, you call that client back IMMEDIATELY and address it, whatever the situation. Apparently that's not how they do things. I'm just grateful that this happened before I left town - I can only imagine how up-in-arms I would have been if I could not reach the company while my pets were in their care. view short comment
