Happy to read the previous comment as matches my daughter and my (gut) feelings about the place. We went to visit it because we wanted to see if you could leave our basset hound there during the holidays of 2013. There is nothing ZEN about the place, except its misleading name. Everything looked outdated, dirty, and the dogs were in distress. Pee was 'pouring' out of cages on the cement into a little 'river' flowing in the middle of the cages. No no one seemed to care. The receptionist who accompanied us for the visit assured us that they clean regularly the place with what she named "strong products." I don't know if I would like to live my puppy in a prison looking place, filled with bad energy, and being sprayed with carcinogenic 'strong products.' Yep, glad I visited, just to realize one must stay away from such places. view short comment

Auberge Zen is a horrible kennel. The workers are very caring, but the owner herself is very awful. Every time I went in, she never smiled and always felt like I was bothering her. I recommend TO ALL NOT TO GO TO Auberge Zen. I have personally seen the owner disrespect other clients and her employees. Please do not go here, your animal does not deserve this.
